Growing up in a family of health professionals, Durham continually strives to provide health services which benefit and are convenient for the community.

With experience in project management in both the building and banking industries, Durham’s passion lies in health and he aims to develop services which enhance health and wellbeing.

One of Durham’s strengths is his ability to connect with a vast range of personality types. He is approachable and listens to your concerns, making common goals reachable when working collaboratively.

Belinda is your point of contact for Workplace Health. Whether it be tailoring services to suit your workplace, finding the right time for you or generally discussing options or legalities, she’s here to help.

Belinda has extensive knowledge and experience in corporate and project management as well as coordinating teams, which places her to be a perfect fit for enabling a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Workplace Health Nurse

Grace visits workplaces across Victoria providing health assessments, drug and alcohol testing, education and administering vaccinations.

Grace thrives on the fact that she can conveniently provide these services at your workplace and her friendly nature complements the flexibility to tailor these services to suit your workplace’s specific needs.

Workplace Health Dietition

Amy works across the Greater Geelong region and believes in working with her clients to make simple sustainable changes to their eating to help them reach their goals and benefit their health.

Amy uses a Non-Diet approach and provides workplace nutrition talks to groups as well as one-on-one sessions for those who would benefit from a more individualised approach.

She can assist with anything from healthy work lunches, eating to fuel your brain at work and nutrition considerations for shift workers.

Workplace Health Dietician

Kelsey is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian who has worked across a range of settings from community health and private practice to tertiary education. Kelsey is personable and approachable with a genuine passion for working with people to promote health and wellbeing. 

Like most dietitians, Kelsey loves food- cooking it, eating it, growing it, talking about it! Her food philosophy is simple; to listen to her body and feed it what it needs. Kelsey endeavours to teach others to tune in and do the same. 

Kelsey will never prescribe a fad diet, instead she will work with you and your workplace to implement achievable and meaningful nutrition strategies that promote health and wellbeing.

Georgia Green

Workplace Diabetes Educator

Georgia’s passion is to help people with diabetes live the best life they can, free from complications. With an intensive care nursing background, Georgia became concerned about the number of diabetic complications seen through her intensive care work.

Completing her post Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Education, Georgia’s passion for diabetes care led to her working closely with endocrinologists at Geelong Medical and Health Group, which naturally grew into a multidisciplinary diabetes team.

Georgia provides education to her patients from pre-diabetes right through to Type 1 Diabetes using technology such as continuous glucose monitors and insulin pumps.

Joe Pashley

Workplace Health Physiotherapist

Approachable and relatable, Joe is particularly skilled at connecting with his clients on a personal level, determining their workplace needs and tailoring his services to suit specific requirements for their industry and personal workplace setting.

Joe not only provides pre-employment functional capacity assessments to workplaces, he also provides education on ergonomics in the workplace to improve posture and reduce pain, exercises to promote physical wellbeing, tips on reducing headaches, lifting techniques to protect the back, ankles, knees and hips and physical assessments within the workplace setting. Joe believes that movement is the best way to avoid neck, shoulder and back dysfunction and improve the overall health of your workplace.

Workplace Health Clinical Psychologist

Sharon has worked in several different settings including academia, hospitals, schools and private practice. Sharon has experience and expertise in assessing and working with a diverse set of clients providing the most appropriate support.

Sharon worked in a large health organization as a Staff Psychologist for seven years and as a clinical psychologist she was involved extensively in the following: providing the EAP for individual staff, managers and small groups (3-4 people); designing and facilitating workshops covering a wide range of topics delivered to varied teams within the health care setting.

Sharon researched, developed and facilitated fifteen ‘Wellbeing and Resilience’ workshops for TAC staff across a twelve-month period.

Arlene Walker

Workplace Health Psychologist

Arlene is a registered psychologist with a Masters degree and a PhD in Organisational Psychology. She is an Associate Head of School (Regional and Rural Development) in the School of Psychology at Deakin University and a Senior Lecturer in organisational psychology.

Arlene previously worked as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) psychologist for a large health organisation in the Barwon South West region where she managed critical incidents, staff-related concerns and organisational development.

Arlene is an accredited ASIST suicide prevention trainer and a Mental Health First Aid trainer and is regularly contracted by organisations to conduct these and other organisational related training. Arlene has also previously worked as a consultant in organisational psychology, research, and training.
